As victims of the devastating Joplin, Missouri, tornado continue to be pulled from the ruble there, the Chosen One is unmoved and undeterred from continuing his festive partying in Ireland and England . . . although he has announced that he will visit the scene of the Midwest disaster over the coming weekend . . . after he has finished making taxpayer funded whoopee in Europe.
