Progessivism, Liberalism, and Socialism Share Common Alien Roots

Progressives, liberals, and socialists share and depend on a single basic ideology: government without limits. That is why they are so hostile to the American Constitution that provides for individual freedom by placing limits on what government can do. This essay delineates the competing ideologies, and traces the domestic history of the "anything goes" concept of government -- that today's progressives no longer hesitate to espouse openly -- from its importation from its alien roots more than a century ago to date.
