Mighty Casey Strikes Out at the MIcrophone; Army Chief of Staff Should be Cashiered

Commenting on the massacre perpetrated by a Islamic Jihadist,  General George Casey, the Army's Chief of Staff said that "what happened at Fort Hood was a tragedy, but I believe it would be an even greater tragedy if our diversity becomes a casualty here."

Wonder about a couple of things -- such as how the mourning family members of the murderous Muslim's victims feel about the value placed on their relatives' lives by their commander. Also have to wonder who would willingly serve, or allow any of their kids to serve under such a politically correct general.

Perhaps we should be grateful that General Casey revealed the relatively little weight that he places on the lives of the soldiers who were slain by the rampaging terrorist. He clearly is more devoted to the ephemeral concept of diversity than he is to the well being of those under his command. Having displayed those relative priorities and the wretched judgment behind them, the general proved himself unfit for the position he holds. He should be relieved forthwith and never again allowed to command troops.
