During the Chosen One's recently staged bipartisan summit charade on health care, he was flabbergasted and had to retreat into incoherence mutterings when he was unable to respond to the rational opposition of Paul Ryan, a congressman from Wisconsin. Rep. Ryan's analysis is set forth in the February issue of the Hillsdale College monthly publication Imprimis, which you can view here.
