A proper national government would focus entirely on safeguarding the liberties, lives, and properties of the nation's individual citizens.
It would not seek to ensure the economic well being of any of the nation's citizens, and it never would extort from any of them property to bestow upon others.
In the coming days, efforts will be made on this site to explore why and how the U.S. government has divided its focus, largely abandoning its proper goals, to pursue inappropriate and ruinous economic fantasies.
