As some senior citizens may recall, the
Iraelis at one time experienced quite a few school shootings.
The prophet’s brave holy warriors, bored
with buggering each other's (or their own) children, would periodically turn
their hands to murdering the kids of their hated Jewish neighbors.
That practice came to a screeching halt
when the Israelis responded by seeing to it that every school always had a
certain number of armed civilian staff members who were trained in the skillful
use of the weapons they carried.
Are our political leaders capable of learning
anything from that?
