Creating Dangerous Global Chaos

Stiff arming America's friends and trying to cozy up to its enemies as the Obama administration is doing is creating chaos around the world, as is made clear by this perceptive analysis. If this is correct, as I believe it is, we in the not far distant future will pay dearly in blood for our folly.
