Pertinent Question the Media Won't Answer

Who -- other than the allegedly depraved punk who deliberately shot and killed an infant in a baby stroller -- is De'Marquis Elkins?

An earlier news report on the shocking tragedy can be viewed by clicking here. But neither that report nor those that will follow it will identify the ethnic or racial background of De'Marquis, who is 17, or the 14-year-old who was arrested with him.
