Our Navy is down to about 278 ships.
But that's okay because it has about 340 admirals.
Have not confirmed the above numbers but they from a knowledgeable source that usually is reliable.
In any event, it's not important as we don't really need any warships and everything is okay because the chief of naval operations has announced that diversity is the major mission of the sailors under his command . . . and the top heavy command structure is needed for that.
