The virtue of that unprecedented U.S. posture is that it reflects the consistency of the Obama administration that has a policy of opposing "stand-your-ground" laws for the nation's citizens.
Run . . . Hide . . . Cringe and Cower -- the new American way of responding to threats, and it also helps distract the public.
